Delete your Diverday account
You can do it from the app itself, in two taps and without asking anyone:
- Open Diverday and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll down to Delete the account and confirm.
It happens immediately and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no copy waiting for thirty days: when you confirm, it is deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your name and your email address.
- Your streak, the puzzles you solved and your best times.
- Your place in groups and the results you sent to their standings.
- Any prizes you had won.
- Everything we had counted about how you used the app.
- Your phone's identifier for notifications.
What does not get deleted
- Your Free Play games, which never left your phone. They go when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- Groups you had created, if anyone is still in them: those people take over running the group. A group nobody is left in closes on its own.
