How to play Bridges
In Bridges, the numbers are islands and say how many bridges reach each one. When finished, it must be possible to travel from any island to any other by following the bridges.
The rules
- Join the islands with bridges until they are all connected.
- Each island has as many bridges as its number says.
- Bridges run straight, horizontally or vertically, and they never cross each other or pass over an island.
- Between two islands there can be one or two bridges, never three.
Where to start
Look for an island that can see only one other island horizontally or vertically: it must connect to that island. Remember that a double connection counts as two bridges for both islands.
